Into the Future with Strategy, Mission, and OKRs
Zandura is the all-in-one B2B SaaS solution that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to found, grow, and establish their businesses in the market. Our task was to guide Zandura onto a profitable course and prepare the company for a potential investment scenario. This included adjusting the strategy and implementing impactful projects.
Planning Strategy
Every strategy needs both a compass and a roadmap. When we joined forces with Zandura, we encountered a company on its way to success but in need of clearer strategic communication to fully unlock its potential. For Zandura, this meant defining a new path, establishing it, and shaping it into agile processes. To chart the right course, we analyzed market data to understand current trends, opportunities, and risks. Visitor data provided valuable insights into target group behavior, while surveys and user interviews helped us better understand their needs, frustrations, and challenges. We then consolidated all of these insights into proto-persona cards during a series of workshops. These not only helped employees better understand the target group but also served as a communication tool and directional guide for new projects.
Establishing and Scaling Strategy
Equipped with our persona cards, we launched a North Star project to solidify this new strategic direction internally and communicate it externally. From the collected insights, we crafted the Zandura mission statement, which became the guiding star for the strategy and the upcoming roadmap. A homepage relaunch cemented this new course. In addition, we introduced OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and agile processes to ensure future projects could be executed with even greater precision. Zandura demonstrates how a clear strategy, grounded in data analysis and customer voices, can put a company firmly on the path to success. Today, Zandura is not only better positioned but also better prepared to face the challenges of the future and deliver real value to its customers.
