Design & Implementation of the Zandura SaaS Platform
Zandura is the all-in-one B2B SaaS solution that enables small and medium-sized enterprises to found, build, and establish their businesses in the market. Our task was to guide Zandura onto a profitable course and prepare the company for a potential investment scenario. This included strategic adjustments, UX improvements, marketing optimization, the introduction of business metrics, and the creation of a technical foundation for a scalable and internationally adaptable SME platform.
High-Impact Projects
After analyzing the market, existing Zandura customers, key metrics, and internal processes, we focused on projects with the greatest impact on business success. We selected initiatives that would generate the most promising short-term results and optimize conversion rates in the top funnel. Additional efforts were aimed at automating manual marketing tasks and improving existing channels. Among other things, we introduced the Zandura Plus subscription model, giving customers access to exclusive content. The Webinar Partner Program was launched and expanded as a separate app to generate new and recurring revenue streams. Together with insureQ, we released the first third-party partner app, Zandura Schutz. We also conducted a first “fire test” for internationalization in the U.S. to explore opportunities for multiplying revenue.
In addition to short-term monetary goals, we carried out a redesign that established a holistic visual and verbal brand language across the entire platform. This drew directly on the preferences of the target audience and connected them with a positive brand experience and carefully analyzed USPs. A personalized onboarding flow, combined with segmented and automated email campaigns, not only gave us a better understanding of the target audience but also enabled us to engage them with greater precision and efficiency.
Business Goals in Mind, Target Audience at Heart
All of these measures led to a 5× growth in registered users within one year, alongside a 45% reduction in email unsubscribe rates and an 84% increase in click-to-open rates. In addition to securing the first 50 Zandura Plus subscribers, we also achieved above-average customer satisfaction in 2022, with a CSAT score of 4.25 out of 5.
