KBH Haus: SaaS for the Construction Industry

KBH Hub is a modular SaaS platform that we developed together with KBH Haus, a leading construction company based in London. After creating the new branding and Website for KBH, the next step was to digitize internal processes in a consistent way. The primary goal was to unify the existing patchwork of tools and consolidate all applications into a single, user-friendly system. The result is a modern web platform that combines specialized hubs by task and role, simplifies day-to-day operations, and enables scalable growth.

A desktop for users, projects & resources

From the initial idea to technical implementation, we supported KBH Haus as a partner for concept, design, and development. The result is a flexible system that intelligently connects different hubs and noticeably simplifies daily work at KBH. Through a smart onboarding process, employees and clients receive a central login tailored to their role, giving them direct access to all relevant hubs. The Asset Hub allows HR to easily manage and assign equipment such as laptops or uniforms. The Contract Hub enables project managers to structure operational teams and clearly assign employees to contracts and projects. Meanwhile, the HR Hub streamlines core personnel management tasks, such as verifying onboarding documents, requesting missing work permits, managing employee qualifications, and collecting approvals for legal documents with a single click.

Documents & Company Data finally under one roof

For the centralized management of employee documents, certificates, and HR records, we developed the KDrive. Tailored specifically to KBH’s needs, this drive solution provides a structured repository with integrated version control. An admin-driven task system ensures that uploads and edits are monitored and processed cleanly. The Data Hub automatically generates key company statistics from daily activities, providing the foundation for faster and more informed decision-making.
