KBH Building Services is a successful construction company from London that has grown to more than 150 employees and annual revenues exceeding €30 million. The goal was to represent this success story through a newly designed website that not only impresses with a professional branding but also reflects KBH’s rapid growth and expertise as a construction service provider.

Strategic Redesign: Customer-Centered Renewal

The foundation of every strong website lies in its content and user guidance. To establish these pillars for the redesigned brand “KBH Haus,” we held direct conversations with KBH’s customers. Their immediate feedback provided us with valuable insights into expectations for the new site: which problems it should solve, what information users were searching for, and which content would be essential to convince potential clients. Equipped with these insights, we worked with KBH in an interactive workshop to design the sitemap and define the content blocks that would serve as the blueprint for the website’s future structure. The resulting wireframes provided a solid framework for the subsequent design of the site.

Our previously developed online brand book served as the guiding framework for transforming wireframes into precise layouts and a modular component system. Acting as architects in the digital space, we not only provided art direction but also coordinated project management. This process enabled us to implement a CMS that allows KBH Haus to independently update and expand their content.

The final result is a website that not only reflects the unique identity of KBH Haus but also demonstrates a deep understanding of their clients’ challenges and needs – brought together with scalable technology.
