Your role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Google Ads and Social Advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, potentially TikTok). You will develop and optimize paid campaign strategies, manage budgets efficiently, and track success via key performance metrics.

Your responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Manage Social Ads across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and possibly TikTok
• Monitor and optimize campaigns using KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and ROAS
• Use analytics and tracking platforms like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Pixel
• Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
• Collaborate closely with founders to align on creative assets

Your profile

• Several years of experience in performance marketing and paid media
• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager
• Deep understanding of campaign tracking, attribution models, and performance KPIs
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools in performance marketing is a plus
• Efficient, results-oriented working style suited to freelance projects
• Fluent in German and English (business level)
