Your role

We are looking for a Freelance Full Stack Developer (f/m/d) with a focus on backend development, who is also confident in frontend work. In addition to strong development skills, you bring first experience in integrating AI solutions to enhance our products with intelligent features.

Your responsibilities

• Development and enhancement of web applications (backend & frontend) as well as apps based on web technologies
• Backend development with frameworks such as Laravel & Symfony in PHP and NestJS in JavaScript / Typescript
• Frontend development with modern frameworks such as React & Vue in TypeScript, plus Tailwind for CSS
• Development of APIs and integration of external services
• Integration of AI solutions (e.g. GPT APIs, Machine Learning, automation via n8n) into digital products
• Use of AI-powered tools to increase efficiency in the development process (OpenAI, Claude, local models, MCP, …)
• Close collaboration with clients and the founding team to deliver digital products

Your profile

• You have strong expertise in backend technologies (e.g. PHP, Node.js, Laravel, Symfony)
• You have at least solid knowledge of frontend technologies (e.g. React, Vue, TypeScript)
• You bring initial experience with deployment & hosting (e.g. Docker, Forge, AWS, CI/CD) and are comfortable working on a Linux server
• You already have first experience integrating AI or machine learning models into existing or new products
• You enjoy working efficiently, have a solution-oriented mindset, and think economically
• You are fluent in English (required); German is a plus
• You don’t shy away from working on applications that aren’t necessarily state-of-the-art (e.g. Moodle, WordPress, …)
